Controls the maximum resolution of photos taken in the app. Higher quality means sharper images but significantly larger file sizes — this affects device storage, upload time, and email attachment size. 480p is recommended for most inspections.
Upload your equipment list from Excel or CSV. You'll choose which row has the headers and map the columns after upload.

Accepts .xlsx, .xls, .csv
Your CSV should have a header row. Example:
tag,description,size,grade,heat TAG-001,CS Elbow 90deg LR,20 INCH,A234,H12345 TAG-002,CS Flange WN RF,16 INCH,A105,H12346 TAG-003,CS Gate Valve,12 INCH,A216,H12347
The tag column must match the barcodes on the physical items.
Each recipient gets their own copy when reports are emailed. Changes save automatically.
Replace /images/logo.svg (or logo.png) on the server to update the report logo. Fill in label / value pairs (e.g. Project → Kogan Brigalow…). The report builds the header table for you — no HTML needed. Leave everything blank to omit the header.
If your barcodes encode more than just the tag ID (e.g. pipe grade, weight, date), set a regex to extract the tag. Capture group 1 becomes the tag. Leave blank to use the full scanned string as-is.
Leave blank to use the full scan as the tag.
Default 7pt. Lower = more columns fit.
Default 12px. Controls the inline table in the email body.
