Photo Quality
Re-sync deviceControls the maximum resolution of photos taken in the app. Higher quality means sharper images but significantly larger file sizes — this affects device storage, upload time, and email attachment size. 480p is recommended for most inspections.
Severity Levels
Re-sync deviceRename, recolour, reorder or turn off the severity levels used for flags, tallies and reports in this project. Use the arrows to set the order — that's the order they appear in the report tally at the top. The colour swatch recolours each level on the reports. (The internal severity ranking used to pick a scan's worst flag doesn't change.)
Reports
Each report is its own PDF (attached to the report email and downloadable from the report page) with a name you choose, the flag levels it includes, and which columns show. Level names come from Severity Levels above. Changes save automatically.
Equipment List
Re-sync deviceUpload your equipment list from Excel or CSV. You'll choose which row has the headers and map the columns after upload.

CSV Format
Your CSV should have a header row. Example:

The tag column must match the barcodes on the physical items.
Report Email Settings
Tick which reports each recipient receives — the main PDF, the CSV, and each custom report. New recipients and newly-added reports start ticked; untick to opt out, or choose None so someone isn't emailed at all. Changes save automatically.
PDF Report Header
Replace /images/logo.svg (or logo.png) on the server to update the report logo. The main app logo (header & loading screen) is set in Admin › Branding.
Fill in label / value pairs (e.g. Project → Kogan Brigalow…). The report builds the header table for you — no HTML needed. Leave everything blank to omit the header.

Barcode Parsing
Re-sync deviceIf your barcodes encode more than just the tag ID (e.g. pipe grade, weight, date), set a regex to extract the tag. Capture group 1 becomes the tag. Leave blank to use the full scanned string as-is.

Report Appearance
Default 7pt. Lower = more columns fit.
Default 12px. Controls the inline table in the email body.
Shift Close Settings
Re-sync deviceYou can require fewer than the number of slots — e.g. 3 slots but only 1 must sign. Extra slots stay optional, and any left blank are dropped from the reports.
Lets sign-off invite external reviewers to endorse the report by email (a secure single-use link). When off, the reviewer section is hidden on the sign-off page, endorsements are left off all reports, and the status ticks are removed from the shift lists.
The fields each signatory completes at sign-off — up to 5. Add text fields (e.g. Name, Position, Company) and a signature box, mark which are required, and reorder with the arrows. These same fields appear on every report signature block and on the external endorsement form. Changes save automatically.

These ticks control the scan form, the main PDF report and the Excel/CSV export. Named damage/flag reports (and which columns each shows) are configured in the Reports section above.
